NCMEC participates in Giving Tuesday, an annual global generosity movement that encourages people to do good.

Each year, I’ve had the fun challenge of combining the design elements of the Giving Tuesday campaign and the NCMEC brand to bring awareness to the ways in which a donation can help propel the company’s mission.

2018
$6,630 raised

I took a simple, minimal approach in the first year. The Giving Tuesday heart reminded me of a construction paper weaving project in my elementary school art class so I framed the heart with the same rectangular shape in NCMEC’s various blues.

2019
$10,075 raised

This year we decided to focus on highlighting the many ways a donation to NCMEC can directly help. I collaborated with a staff photographer to shoot the employees and volunteers behind the company.

2020
$4,488 raised

Building off Giving Tuesday’s heart, I created several geometric lattice patterns to use throughout the 2020 assets. I added a few secondary colors to the NCMEC palette and content was simplified down to the three pillars of NCMEC’s mission.

2021
$3,701 raised

I used the two hearts to create a subtle background pattern for this year’s assets. Brought the focus back to ways donators can help while still keeping the tone youthful and fun.
